Chronicles of Baby 2
Sept 10, 2006 - Mommy's suspicions
are confirmed. Corban is going to be a big brother.
Oct 9, 2006 - Mommy gets her
first peak at me on the ultrasound today. Everything looks good. My heartbeat is
measuring at 164 beats/minute.
Nov 11, 2006 - Today was our
third doctor's visit. Everything is going good. Mommy has gained a pound. I kept
moving away from the heartbeat monitor, but nurse finally caught me and my
heartbeat measured 146 beats/minute.
Dec 20, 2006 - Mommy and Daddy
got to see me today on the ultrasound (see pictures below). I was being very
wiggly and I waved to them. Mommy and Daddy had the technician write down my
gender and put it in an envelope. They plan on opening it on Christmas.
Dec 25, 2006 - Corban is going to
have a little BROTHER!!! Mommy is going to be out numbered by the boys in the
house.
Jan 17, 2007 - Our doctors
appointment went well today. Mommy has gained 7 pounds (all that holiday food).
My heart rate was 134, but I made the nurse work to get it. I kept
wiggling away from the monitor before it could get the reading.
Feb 12, 2007 - The doctor says
everything is looking good. Mommy and I start going to the doc's office every
two weeks now.
April 10, 2007 - Mommy has been
slacking on the doctor updates, sorry. We went today. My heart rate was 135. The
doctor says that I am on target to be around 8 or 9 pounds if I wait until my
due date to come. Mommy is hoping that I show up a little sooner:)
May 14, 2007 - Happy Birthday to me!! I am 7 lbs
10 oz and 21 inches long. Mommy and daddy are so happy I am here.
July 20, 2007 - I slept through the night for the
first time last night. I went to sleep around 9:30pm and woke up at 5:15 am.
August 17, 2007 - I slept in the big crib in the
"boys" room for the first time tonight. I slept through the night and when mommy
came in in the morning, Corban was holding my hand through the slats of the
crib.
Here is a pic of mommy's belly at 19 weeks.
Here we are at 24 weeks.
Baby at 20wk Ultrasound
Sons are a heritage from the LORD, children a reward
from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth.
Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them.
